Installation was a week before I expected it. Workers were courteous and did a great job. Previously I had a gas furnace installed. I asked one of the workers to fix a very minor issue. They did it right away. Later on in the day another employee came to the house and inspected the work that was completed earlier in the day. I have only had positive experiences in the time that I have dealt with Hometown Heating.
Due to power outage, technician was not able to come when scheduled. he kept us fully informed as to when he would try to get back to us and worked around our schedule. he showed up less than 36 hours after the original appointment (we were not available for the first 24 hours) and was very professional and pleasant. Good job.
I have always been impressed with the quality of service from the booking of the appointment, with the accommodations Cynthia makes and how she follows up with her customers to the excellent job your service technician does. He patiently answers my questions and explains all that he has done. I would gladly recommend your company to my friends.
Great company to deal with. Office staff and service technicians are always friendly, efficient and professional and appointment times have always been kept on time, at least in my case. Both service technicians that I have dealt with, Steven and Payton, have been extremely good, taking the time to explain what they have done and answering any questions that I may have. I also REALLY appreciate the fact that the price for the annual furnace service has been the same for the past few visits, an important factor for us seniors on fixed incomes. Hey guys. Just wanted to thank you for your professional and expedient service We had an AC issue on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called at 10:30 in the morning, and the problem was addressed, diagnosed, and fixed by 4pm. I would like to thank Payton for his great work and friendly, reassuring and professional disposition. Any time maintenance is needed for working units, it is very unnerving and stressful for a homeowner - trying to predict what the worst case scenario will be. To get a seemingly large job done quickly and economically was a great experience and welcomed news for me. I appreciated the email prior to the visit. The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable. He offered to change the batteries in the control panel, offered a long-term maintenance plan, was aware another colleague had come to adjust the speed of the fan and asked if it was okay, so, overall, he did a great job and represents your company very well. Service was great - serviceman as usual very thorough in the semiannual check. I especially like how he cleans the fireplace for me. At my request, he researched how much it would cost to put in a fireplace fan for me and had a price before he left. I will consider putting one in in the future. He is a pleasure to have in my home.
I am beyond impressed by the level of care and service I received! I'm a mom of two small children and when my hot water heater quit, I panicked. After speaking with Tom, my mind was at ease and they went out of their way to get techs here at a very busy time (with the best prices). The team that arrived was friendly, clean and very quick.
